Nice hot breakfast with many options, unbeatable location. Private parking on site provided. Not to mention excellent wifi...

Comforts of double room with all conveniences were fabulous. The breakfast had variety of food, like croissants, fruit, and eggs.

This hotel was quirky, with amazing service and handy location with several bus stops around the corner. Location: the property was near Kobe / Osaka, center or near temples and Kyoto Station/downtown. A cool bonus was nearby Astrea Coffee, that offered tea and coffee.

The units were well laid out and large with all conveniences.

Fairly clean accommodation, attentive and patient staff at reception desk. Magnificent location in a shopping area not far from many different train stations, and good bus links. Besides, very convenient to Senkoin. Well laid out room provided with comfortable bed, an AC and all conveniences. Delicious breakfast with Asian-style food, choice-both Japanese, many tasty Japanese, reasonably priced.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making sure all basic amenities are covered. The rooms are comfortable, with the bed tucked into a corner to maximize space.
